Ken Martinez, owner of Healthy Homes Insulation, has been serving Wisconsin homeowners since 2005. Before launching this company, Ken built and trained crews as the owner of a roofing business in southeastern Wisconsin — experience that taught him the value of skilled workmanship, dependability, and clear communication.
Ken also brings over 25 years of service as a Milwaukee firefighter. Recently retired, he spent his career seeing firsthand how homes are built, how they fail under stress, and what truly keeps families safe. Firefighters often deconstruct portions of a home during and after a fire to stop flames from spreading — a perspective that gave Ken unique insight into airflow, heat movement, and weak points in residential construction.
