We’ve designed all of our insulation services to require as little involvement from our clients as possible. After we provide your project estimate, we will prep the basement area, covering anything valuable with a tarp or plastic.
Once we’ve mixed the spray foam, we will spray it directly into your basement framing. Within 60 minutes the spray foam will be tack-free, and within 24 hours it will be completely dry and ready for the next step of your renovation project. Best of all, we use a product with minimal off-gassing, so you’ll be back in your home within 2-3 hours after applying.

Why do you have to remove my old insulation?

As such, any old insulation does not prohibit proper air flow, but over time it may have become contaminated by dust, moisture, mold or mildew.
